Registration, Identity Verification & Account Management
You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account with tk889. The name, date of birth, phone number, and address provided at registration must be accurate and complete. tk889 reserves the right to close any account found to have been opened with false or incorrect information.
Only one tk889 account is permitted per person, household, or household address. Running multiple accounts is considered a "duplicate account" violation — all accounts will be closed and all bonuses forfeited. Using multiple accounts is treated as bonus abuse.
Tk889 may request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time. You may be asked to submit a photo of your National ID (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.
Bet Confirmation, Cancellation Policy & Result Disputes
Once a bet is placed on tk889, a confirmation number is issued. From that point the bet is final — no changes or cancellations are possible (except through the Cash Out feature). Always review the match, market, and stake carefully before placing a bet, as there is no way to correct an accidental under- or over-stake.
Odds in live betting change moment to moment. Your bet will be confirmed at the odds in effect at the time you place it — any subsequent movement in odds, up or down, will not apply.
If a match does not start within the scheduled time or is abandoned before completion, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes refunded. In a parlay bet, if one leg is voided, that leg's odds will be set to 1.00 (i.e., neutral).
In-play bets may sometimes not be accepted due to network issues or delayed bet submission. tk889 treats the data recorded on its servers as the definitive record.
If you have any questions about the outcome of a bet, you must notify the support team within 3 days of the result being published. tk889 treats data from official scoring authorities — such as the ICC, FIFA, and ATP — as final.
Deposit Methods, Limits & Processing Times
Tk889 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit is ৳300. No processing fees are charged on deposits. bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited to your balance within 2 minutes.
Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days.

Withdrawals may be held or rejected in the following situations: KYC verification is incomplete, wagering requirements on a bonus have not been met, suspicious activity is detected on the account, or evidence of multiple accounts is found.
The account requesting a withdrawal and the payment method used for deposits must belong to the same person. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be approved.
Wagering Requirements, Expiry & Abuse Policy
Each bonus offer at tk889 comes with its own terms and conditions. In most cases, you won't be able to make a withdrawal after claiming a bonus until you've met a specific wagering requirement. For example, a 20x wagering requirement means you need to place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount.
Every bonus has an expiry period — generally between 7 and 30 days. If the wagering requirements are not met within that time, any unused bonus will be automatically removed. Requests to reinstate expired bonuses will not be accepted.
Placing bets systematically to meet wagering requirements at low risk — such as betting on opposing outcomes within the same event — is considered bonus abuse. If tk889 detects this type of activity, it reserves the right to void the bonus and, where necessary, close the account.
What's Allowed and What's Not

If tk889 finds evidence of any fraudulent or dishonest activity, it reserves the right to seize the full account balance and, if necessary, report the matter to the relevant authorities.

Tk889 uses the information provided at registration — including your name, phone number, email, date of birth, and payment details — solely for account management, identity verification, and payment processing.
Your personal information is never sold to advertisers or third parties. However, relevant details may be shared with the appropriate authorities if required by law or in connection with a fraud investigation. Please read our Privacy Policy page for full details.
You can request to update or delete your personal information at any time by contacting our support team.
When and How an Account May Be Closed
You can voluntarily close your account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team. It's advisable to clear your balance before doing so. Any active bonuses will be cancelled upon account closure.
Tk889 may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:
Any valid balance in a closed account — excluding bonuses or disputed amounts — will be returned, provided there is no evidence of fraud.
